All the world's a candy store

I really love my new job. The parts that aren't interesting are fun, and I think I'll fit in with the people just fine. The office space, however, is cold as ice, much like the heart of the titular snake in Paula Abdul's reproachful anthem of 1988.

You've been trick-or-treating!

Did you really think that Livejournal would let you get away with providing an incorrect release date for "Cold Hearted Snake?" Forever Your Girl was totally a 1988 release. If you were dead set upon referencing 1992, it would have been more accurate to say that you do not want to Rush Rush out of your new job.
